I see people one-on-one or in group sessions.
For individual sessions, we meet either in my home office or at some mutually convenient location. If you are interested in scheduling a visit, contact me. On so we can find a time that works. The first visit is free while we determine together what seems the best course for you.
Groups meet weekly.
Listening to Uncertainty meets on Thursdays from 2-3:30 p.m. After a short topic presentation, the group shares and offer questions. We end with a brief centering meditation. After the first meeting, the group costs $25 per person per session and meets at St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church in Meeting Room A-B. For additional information, click here.
