I disagree with this quote. Really seeing, really hearing, does NOT require action. In fact, it may be more powerful simply to let what you see and/or hear imprint itself upon you, absorb into your skin, and change your essence without moving a muscle.

Thank you! I’m always hoping for a variety of perspectives. And I agree with you in many ways…it is not always necessary for us to act on what we have perceived. Sometimes the perception alone is enough.
