Lunch: smoked salmon on round of potato topped with cucumber, roasted red pepper, sour cream, capers, dill accompanied by a salad of wilted spinach, orange segments, beets, crispy pepperoni dressed with orange vinaigrette, and a pumpkin muffin
Supper: baked onion rings, cheeseburger with sautéed onions and red pepper, Brussels sprouts with walnuts
Dessert: lime pie
